I began my journey with photography in 1995 when I embarked on a three year course in photography and styling at London College of Fashion. After finishing my course I continued my training within the field assisting several highly regarded portrait photographers, travelling to many places with work including Italy and Cape Town. Following this I began taking my own portrait commissions and worked in various portrait studios including one in Primrose Hill and Oxford Street in London. I then took the plunge, alongside a colleague of mine, and set up a wedding photography business. We shot many beautiful weddings but around the same time that I had my first baby, I discovered that my passion lay within this particular field of newborn, baby and family photography. I am now a mother of two, who are my absolute world, and I fully appreciate how fast time flies with a family and how special it is to be able to capture these special times to treasure forever.
